FACILITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

We're always accepting resumes for Facility Manager positions. While we may not have an immediate opening, we keep applications on file for a time and will reach out to select applicants if an opening arises and their experience is a match. Open positions can be viewed on Indeed.

Facility Manager Team (Full-time)

Lead the day-to-day operations of a Derrel’s storage location. This two-person team role is ideal for those who take ownership, deliver excellent customer service, and run a tight ship. Full-time employees are eligible for the benefits package. Some locations offer an on-site living option.

On-Site Living Option

Full-time Facility Manager teams have the opportunity to live on-site — a unique arrangement that keeps home and work conveniently connected. Water, Electricity and Internet included!

Relief Manager Team (Part-Time)

Relief Managers cover facilities with the same high standards as full-time Facility Managers. The schedule is typically two consecutive days per week with the potential for more.

Floaters (Part-time)

Floaters cover facilities with the same high standards as full-time Facility Managers. This role is ideal for those who prefer a flexible schedule, thrive on variety and embrace the unexpected from one day to the next.

CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT

We're always accepting resumes for Construction positions. While we may not have an immediate opening, we keep applications on file for a time and will reach out to select applicants if an opening arises and their experience is a match. Open positions can be viewed on Indeed.

Grading/ Underground/ Concrete Crew Laborer and Equipment Operator positions for underground and/or earthwork projects.

We build for the long term — and we hire for it too. Our crews are based in Fresno CA and work full-time all year on private development projects across the Valley.

What we are looking for:

✓ Experience with pipe laying for water piping including fire hydrants and/or grading work.

✓ Motor grader, scraper, laser, and/or backhoe experience desired

About the roles:

✓ Full-time positions with benefits

✓ Some travel is required (Bakersfield & Modesto/Stockton).

✓ Travel expenses and per diem are compensated when travel is required

✓ All equipment and tools furnished
