Thank you for your interest in Derrel’s Mini Storage, Mt Vernon Avenue in Bakersfield. From Barstow-Bakersfield Highway take the Mt. Vernon Avenue Exit and turn north on Mt. Vernon Avenue. Just past E. Brundage Lane, our facility is on the right at 101 Mt. Vernon Avenue. We serve all of Bakersfield and we’re six minutes south of Kern County Public Health Department.

Bakersfield is a busy city with 389,000 residents, so there’s lots to do. Near our facility, you’ll find Potomac County Park and Virginia Avenue County Park. If you’d like to learn a little about science or local history, visit the Buena Vista Museum of Natural History and Science or the Kern County Museum. We’re also close to the Bakersfield Museum of Art.
