“I don’t usually do reviews but the managers at this facility were amazing! Beth and Joe were so kind and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I cannot say enough positive about how much they helped me out. Definitely some of the best customer service I have had! I was there another time prior to meeting Beth and Joe and the other worker there was so rude. I almost did not go back, but I needed to, and I was dreading it. but I was happy I got to talk with them instead, and they eliminated my apprehension to rent with that Derrels. So don’t let one experience ruin your decision. I almost did not rent, but I am glad I did. If you go there and see a lady with dark black hair, just come back another time…...”
