To reach us, take the Ave 280 exit off Golden State Highway and turn east on Avenue 280, which becomes Caldwell Avenue. You’ll find us on your left. We’re a seven-minute drive from Valley Oaks Golf Course.

Visalia has 137,000 residents, and we're happy to serve them all at this and our other three Visalia facilities.
